How To Professionally Close Your Prospects To Attend Your Business Orientation
I find it more effective kapag na-close ko muna yung prospects ko na mag-attend ng orientation instead na i-close ko agad siya na magjoin.

I also find it more effective kapag naka-schedule talaga yung business presentation compared sa biglaan akong magpre-present.

Mas professional kasi ang dating mo plus ikaw pa ang may control. Instead na magmukha kang desperate para lang mapakita mo sa kanya yung marketing plan.

Just always remember that in order for you to recruit your prospects, it is VERY IMPORTANT to build good relationship first so they will know, like & trust you. And if your prospects know, like & trust you already, mas madali na sila i-invite sa business orientation.

Doing The Opposite Ways Will Give You Results
 Isa sa mga natutunan ko at inaapply ko ngayon sa mlm business ko ay yung tinuro ng isang network marketing expert na si Cedrick Harris. (idol ko siya by the way)

His father told him - "If You Want Results, See What Everybody Are Doing Then Do The Exact Opposite"

Habang lahat ng friends ni Cedrick are into JOBs, he did the exact opposite.

He Did Network Marketing!
Even if his friends are laughing at him, Cedrick continued doing the opposite way. And now he is already a Multi-Millionaire, but his friends are still slave exchanging their time & talents for salary.

Paano ko naman ito inaapply sa mismong mlm business ko...

Tinitingnan ko naman ang ginagawa ng large majority of networkers, then I'm also doing the exact opposite.

Like:
- While majority of networkers are non-stop pitching their mlm business, I'm offering Value first so people will like & trust me.

- While majority of networkers thinks that their mlm company, products & marketing plan are the best among the rest, I'm always thinking of investing more with mlm training materials & courses so I could be the best marketer among the rest whatever the name of my mlm company is.

- While majority of networkers are busy Tagging their friends with photos promoting their mlm business, I'm properly connecting & building good relationship with my facebook friends so they will not Block or Unfriend me. And when the right timing comes, I can effectively invite them to my business orientation. Chances of saying yes is Very High bcoz they know, like & trust me already!

- While majority of networkers are busy listing their 200+ prospects, I'm busy writing my marketing campaigns so I can generate quality leads/prospects that are business minded people. In that way, I don’t have to waste my time & effort convincing people who has job mentality.

Believe or not, that's exactly what I'm doing to build my mlm business. Total Opposite sa ginagawa ng large majority of networkers out there. I’m not saying na ito lang ang tama, I’m just saying na ito ang nagwowork sa akin.

How To Decrease The Numbers Of NO’s At Pataasin Naman Ang Numbers Ng Mga YES’s
Guys, this might help you also.

Last month, meron nagtext sakin and she's asking me for some advice. Nakita daw niya kasi yung youtube video ko kaya she decided to seek some of my advice.

Nagpalitan kami ng mga text pero itong tanong niya na ito ay baka makatulong din sa inyo.

Her name by the way is Sunshine. (hindi ko nakuha last name niya)
Sunshine: "Okay lng po ba mamili ng prospect? Kasi namimili din po ksi ako..tinatantya ko po muna before ko ioffer sa isang tao ung business kung ung tao po bng un is magagawa nya ung business..meron po kasi sumasali then after ilng weeks nawawala na."

This is my answer and my own opinion only:
"Actually, tama yun sunshine. Dahil ang totoo, hindi lahat ay prospects. Hindi kasi lahat ay interested sa mundo ng business. Sa opinion ko, mas maganda kung mga taong interesado na lang ang kausapin mo kesa sayangin mo time & effort mo magconvince ng mga taong hindi naman talaga interesado sa una pa lang.

Most kasi ng tao have JOB Mentality!

Pero wag mo din naman tatantyahin. Alamin mo talaga by asking qualifying questions. Sa una, connect w/ your prospect. Pagusapan niyo muna yung interest niya sa buhay. Build rappor & good relationship first. Then kapag nakakita ka ng chance para iconvert sa business yung topic niyo, then do it. Pero yung concept muna ng business ang pagusapan niyo. (wag muna yung mlm mo)

Kapag nakita mong open nga talaga siya sa mundo ng pagnenegosyo, that's the time to invite him/her to attend your seminar sa office. But DO NOT Explain & DO NOT Close them to join yet.

KISS = Keep It Short & Simple.

Just invite him/her to attend your business seminar at the office. Then kapag nasa office na kayo, let the speaker do all the talking, selling, convincing, etc. Ang gagawin mo na lang ay samahan at i-guide siya sa pag-attend sa office niyo and then sagutin yung mga questions niya after niyo mag-attend sa orientation."

Kapag napapunta natin ang prospect/s sa business orientation na:

- alam niya ang dadatnan niya...
- alam niya na negosyo...
- alam niya na networking...
- alam niya yung name ng company at kung ano ang prodcucts...
- alam niya na kailangan mag-invest ng pera para makapag-join...

Mas tataas ang percentage ng “YES” mo
compared sa mga NO’s! =)

It is because very open minded na yung guest/s mo na mag-attend ng business presentation tapos ang gagaling pa ng mga speakers sa office.


Kaya ang Ending ay PAY-IN =)

Simple Tip To Sign Up More People In Your Team

People Do Not Actually Care How Much You Know,
Until They Feel How Much You Care.

In order to sign up more people in your team, BE GOOD IN LISTENING instead of non-stop talking & hardly convincing. If you keep on talking too much, your prospects will just see it as -

"Gusto lang kumita nito kaya niya ko kinoconvince magjoin eh!"

But if you're listening to what your prospects are saying, you will know what they want & need. Therefore, you can properly communicate with them & they will see you as -

"This Guy Can Definitely Help Me!"
So I highly suggest to learn as many info as you can about your prospect/s especially with their current situations like problems, struggles, fears, frustrations, etc. In that way, you'll immediately know what to say & what Not to say while talking to them.
Sa unang pa lang, you can see if that prospect is just a waste of time or not.

Be a GOOD LISTENER and you'll surely sign up more people in your organization.


How To Attract Prospects To YOU
Madalas tinatanong sakin –
"Sir, paano ba talaga ma-attract ang mga prospects?"

Here's a simple answer to give you an idea.
(Of course madami pang dapat matutunan pero here's a good start)

The answer is
OFFER VALUE FIRST! =)

Meaning, give something muna instead na puro ka benta or puro ka convince sa mga tao na you have the greatest mlm company w/ the greatest products in the world. That they should join just because you are doing it.

The truth is - People DO NOT CARE kahit #1 pa ang mlm company mo. (BTW, may mlm company na bang nagsabing #2 sila?)
SO WHAT kung big time company niyo, effective ang products niyo at malupit ang marketing plan niyo...

If you really want to be attractive in the eyes of prospects, share something muna na mapapakinabangan nila or share something na may matututunan sila. Dapat you're willing to share it kahit walang kapalit. Kapag narealize nila na may natututunan sila sayo kahit hindi sila part ng team mo, mas malamang na maiisip nila na - "what more pa kaya kapag nagjoin pa ako sa taong ito".
In that way, hindi ka na isang Networker na Kinaiinisan, Iniiwasan at Pinagtatawanan for being unprofessional. Ikaw na ngayon ang lalapitan para sabihin -

"Hi friend. Im interested to join your team. Ok lang ba?"

Of course ok na ok yun diba! =)

So start investing time, effort (& even money) to acquire proper knowledge & effective skills para dumami ang kaalaman mo na pwde mong ishare. Upang mag-increase din ang value mo compared to other networkers na puro pangungulit lang ang tinging alam. Goodluck Guys =)

How To Avoid Prospects Cancelling At The Last Minute
Kung hindi ka pa naiindian, dalawa lang ibig sabihin nyan...
It's either hindi ka talaga nagiinvite or kanina ka lang nagjoin. =)

Networkers ay laging naiindian! That's a fact!

So ano ba dapat gawin para maminimize ang pag-Indian sayo ng prospects or invites mo?

Simple Lang..

Stop inviting your friends and family members who has the same mentality...


J.O.B. Mentality!

They don't care kung sino man ang yumayaman sa paligid nila. All they care about is security. And all they think is that having a JOB is the most secured thing on earth. So offering a business that doesn't guarantee them to earn money at the end of the month, will not interested them enough to make an effort to check it out.

So what should you do now if you will stop the traditional ways of chasing and inviting your KKK sa buhay?

The answer is to start learning how to GENERATE Quality Prospects for your mlm business.

Targeted Prospects who has the same mentality like yours.

And Who Are They?

- Networkers that are struggling. If you can show them specific solutions to their problems, they would rather join you.

- Business owners who don't have time for anything except for their business. If you can show them how to earn serious amount of money that will not require too much time so they can still spend more time with their love ones and other hobbies, they would rather join your business.

- Employees who want change and planning to enter into a business. If you can show them how to make money without doing the same routine and have fun while doing it, they would rather join you with your business.

And to effectively find those kind of people to your business...

USE THE INTERNET!

People are nowadays are all in the internet. Whatever we want and need to know, it can be found in the internet. Almost all the problems we have, the internet is now there to the rescue. Majority of people have the same problems, these are Financial & Time Freedom. If people are searching in the internet for answers and they found you offering the solution, they will be the one making an effort to contact & reach you. Therefore, this is the great way talk to people who are already interested with your business & you won't be wasting your time anymore to those people that will reject you at the end.

Kaya kung ang mga interesadong prospects na ang lumalapit sayo, sa tingin mo ba maiindian ka pa rin???

People will join you mainly because of you. If they Know you, LIKE you and TRUST you.
Eto ang dahilan kung bakit napaka importante na mag build ka muna ng rapport sa 'yong mga prospects. How to build rapport?
Become GENUINELY Interested first sa mga prospects mo. Make them FEEL na interesado ka talaga na matulungan sila with your opportunity.
Mararamdaman kasi ng tao kung ang intention mo ay magkaron lang ng Sale
OR kung sincere ka talaga at ang intention mo ay makatulong sa kanila na magkaron ng additional income.
Trust me mararamdaman yun ng prospect mo kahit sa chat lang lalo na kung kinakausap
mo sila face to face sa one on one table talk..
If you can build rapport first...
Your prospects will LIKE you, TRUST You... And they WILL Join You.
