To apply (1st phase: Metro Manila Only):
Step 1 - Pre Registration
Submit your complete name (with middle name), ID number & Birthday (mm/dd/yyyy) to attachment@vmobile.com.ph, ticket support: www.loadxtreme.ph/support ,or call (02) 311-3000, or Text 0921-2122191, 0905-3787703, 0923-6036631.

Step 2 - Once registered, you may fill out the application form at https://epayonline.unionbankph.com/payee (Use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome to open the site. Picture should have white background. Company Name - VMTEC. Payee No - your VMobile ID Number)

Step 3 - Go to the 19th floor VMobile Head Office to submit a photocopy of your valid ID and sign the application form.
