Malayan, VMobile forge partnership

MANILA, Philippines - Industry leader Malayan Insurance Co. and VMobile Technologies Inc., the first and leading provider of unified prepaid reloading service in the country, has signed a memorandum of agreement for an exclusive VMobile insurance product that will be offered to VMobile’s more t
han one million and growing number of members and network consumers nationwide. Called the V-Guard Plus, the product is an affordable personal accident (PA) insurance plan open to all VMobile members ages seven to 65 years old, and covers accidental death, dismemberment and/or disablement. V-Guard Plus will be launched as one of the premium products under VMobile’s Empowerment Program that advocates “Incentivized Consumerism,” giving VMobile members easy access to a PA insurance that will help cushion the impact of hardships in times of accidents.
